Three services,
no filler.
Arctic Air Tech Innovations covers the whole life of a system: specifying and installing it, keeping it healthy, and finding out what went wrong when it stops.
Air Conditioning Installation
We design and install energy-efficient systems across Nassau for both homes and commercial spaces, with proper sizing, precise installation and optimal performance from day one.
Sizing is where most installations are won or lost. A unit that is too small never catches up on a still August afternoon. A unit that is too big cools the air quickly, satisfies the thermostat, shuts down before it has removed the moisture, and leaves you with a cold, clammy room and a compressor that short cycles itself to an early grave.
- Site survey covering room load, orientation, insulation and existing electrical supply
- Equipment selected on efficiency and on how hard it will work in this climate
- Line set, condensate and mounting done to spec, not to whatever is quickest
- Commissioned with gauges on, readings recorded, controls explained to you
Maintenance and Preventative Servicing
Preventative service plans designed to extend the life of your system and reduce costly breakdowns. Unlike larger companies focused on upselling, we prioritise practical solutions that protect your budget: honest diagnostics, efficient repairs, and long-term savings without unnecessary extras.
Salt air is the quiet expense in a coastal installation. It corrodes coils and fin stock, and a corroded coil moves less heat every year until the unit is running flat out to do half the job. Regular cleaning is dull work that pays for itself on the power bill.
- Coil and filter cleaning, condensate line clearing, fin inspection
- Refrigerant charge and pressures checked against the target split
- Electrical connections, contactors and capacitors inspected under load
- A plain-language report of what was found and what it means
Diagnostics and Repairs
Expert diagnostics and precision repairs for air conditioning and HVAC systems that have stopped behaving. Our technicians identify the root cause of the failure so the same problem does not keep coming back.
A refrigerant top-up on a system that is leaking is not a repair, it is a subscription. We find the leak. The same goes for a contactor that keeps welding shut because something upstream is drawing more current than it should.
- Refrigerant leak detection and correct recharge after the repair
- Electrical faults: capacitors, contactors, control boards, wiring
- Compressor and fan motor diagnosis, with a straight answer on repair versus replace
- Airflow and drainage problems that present as a cooling fault but are not
Not sure which one you need?
Describe what the system is doing and we will tell you whether it is a service, a repair, or a conversation about replacement.
